We really enjoyed our stay at the Parc Even. The place is in a nice neighbourhood really close to the Metro. The room was cleaned every day, and the staff, even they didn't really speak english, can understand it and were so kind. For us, it was ok ++ !
Dirty. Horrible plastic sheets, you hear every foot steps in to your room.
The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly.
The bed was terrible and the room was so small.
The area is quiet and near the mentro(walk about 10 minites)
1.The hair dryer is broken, ask the hotel 3 times to fix it, their answer is 'the hotel system is too complicated', after I lived 11 days, it's still not work well. 2. They want you pay totol room rate, I argued with them in the first night when I arrived, they told me it's their 'rules', but I think they should also use deposit, not pay totally in the first time. Finally, I pay 3-4 days every time. 3. The first room for me is not good, but they changed a better for me. 4. No elevator, so if you are a female or big luggage, considering about it.
Breakfast were very good, everything was frish. We had got many options what to choose.
Rooms are very old, dirrty.
welcoming of the staff is perfect
I chose this hotel because it was close to were I needed to work for a few days. The good points about the hotel: the shower had piping hot water. The staff on the desk could speak basic english, enough to get by with what I needed. The breakfast service was fast, clean and tidy. All the things about the staff were OK, very friendly sort of place. Its easy to get to the underground from this hotel, 10 minute walk at the most. The hotel is basic and cheap. No lift, very steep and tight stair cases and it could do with a general facelift. What they have they clean, but its starting to show its age. Bedding etc clean, towels etc clean. Wall paper at the end of its life. Wifi free but did not always work.
The hotel needs a face lift. Its showing its age.
not far from metro, silence on street, snacks and water at reception, full breakfast
Proximity to Montrouge
The room was very small. The door handle was broken & we had to get the manager to fix it.
Turned out malakoff is a nice quiet suburb not without charm - felt good to return to the quietness after a hectic day in paris. Friendly staff - although mostly only french speaking. Absolutely not great luxory, but definitely good value. Cheap parking close by - 10 euro per day. Metro nearby - count on app. 20 tranport to paris (I.E. champs elysses, which is on the line 13 going to Malakoff)
Our bathroom needed a serious makeover.
Price and location and really good showers in the rooms!
No lift and an old rickety wooden staircase which made getting up to the third floor with luggage extremely hard and breathless work
Quite short distance to Roland Garros and not so far to city centre when you use bicycles
Staff was friendly but not all of them speak English
The only positive thing about the hotel is its proximity to the metro station.
- Very hard to communicate with the staff that is not speaking English. - A very strange warning "Eating and drinking in the room is strictly forbidden" made sense the first morning, when we woke up invaded by ants. We were evetually given another room. - The hotel has no elevator, with narrow stairs; they offered help with the luggage at check-in, but none when we left, claiming they are too busy. It was very difficult to carry a suitcase down those narrow stairs. - The rooms are very small, with no much room to put the suitcases anywhere or to sit down. - Bathroom with very poor lighting, hard to shave or to see anything in the mirror. - They are asking for full payment for the entire stay, although they charged in advance - at booking time - a 25% deposit.
location is so nice for my business
